Natalie Loughborough Appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Greyhound Australia

Greyhound Australia, a leading provider of long-distance coach travel, has announced the appointment of accomplished transport executive Natalie (Tilly) Loughborough as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective 20th March 2025. This strategic appointment underscores Greyhound Australia’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

Bringing nearly two decades of transformative leadership in public transport, Loughborough joins Greyhound from the National Transport Research Organisation where she served as Executive Director for Rail and Public Transport. Previously, as Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Metro Trains Melbourne, she successfully managed Australia’s largest urban rail network during major infrastructure projects and significant operational challenges. At Transdev Australasia, she oversaw extensive bus and ferry operations across Queensland, delivering millions of passenger journeys annually.

In her new role, Loughborough will be part of the Entrada Travel Group Executive Team and lead Greyhound Australia’s national business, driving the continued delivery of reliable and sustainable coach services. She will focus on further elevating Greyhound’s industry-leading customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance service quality, and strengthening the company’s environmental and community commitments while advancing strategic growth and market position.
